Our background and experience is in the Building and Construction Industry. Whether you work in residential, industrial or commercial, we can help you maintain safety compliance.
We are a small growing consultancy and unlike so many other safety consultancies we do not profess to work
across all industries.
Our core clients are small, medium and project size residential building businesses, townhouse developments,
industrial builders (industrial sheds, tilt up construction), commercial and shopfitting.
We have developed systems for clients from most subcontracting businesses including the trades you would
expect like carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, electrical, painting, tiling, plastering, Hebel/AAC
installers, cabinetmakers, joiners, pools (both concrete and fiberglass), excavation/plant operators, and
many more.
We do work with some manufacturers with warehousing operations, if you manufacture building products and
then deliver to site or install on sites for example, Steel Frames and Cabinetmakers/Joiners and any other
related building businesses.
We do provide Building Fire Safety Plans, diagrams, training and support for your office/building but limit
this to part of our services to our clients who are working in the building and construction industry.
While there are many aspects and principles that can be shared across all industries, we suggest that only
large consultancy businesses with several experts from those different industries can truly offer that
promise.
So sorry that we cannot assist you if you are from other industries like agriculture, aviation, banking,
entertainment, food processing, government, hospitality, hairdressing, IT & telecommunication, mining &
energy or retail.
We can promise you that we know the building and construction industry!

the invent of the National/Model WHS Laws, every state has their own version of safety particularly how they
manage COVID19, so systems to suit national clients will cost more.
When WorkSafe Inspectors visit your websites, they are now issuing a lot more On the Spot Fines, Improvement
Notices and Prohibition Notices.
Dean can assist you to interpret the notices and help with advice to satisfy nonconformance and responses to
WHSQ Inspectors.

We can visit your building site and conduct an independent site audit and provide you with a checklist,
report and supporting photos, based on what you want and what we have agreed.
We will notify you immediately if we find any workers who are not complying with their Safe Work Method
Statement because this is a legal requirement, but we are not the police; we do not work for the
authorities, and we do not act like that.
Our goal is education, not enforcement.
121 Safety Services is NOT a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and does not provide Nationally
Accredited Training. All courses developed and/or delivered are for internal use only.
We can create Site Inductions for Builders to use across the board or tailor to suit Site Specific
Inductions.
If you employ your own team of workers, then we can create Worker Induction training – tailored to just
safety or can be expanded to include HR employment policies and the whole onboarding process.
